As your event unfolds, our photographer is right there in the action, capturing authentic moments as they happen. From candid conversations and team celebrations to guest interactions and key highlights, we focus on the moments that matter most. Every image is professionally captured and instantly prepared for printing, turning memorable experiences into keepsakes your guests can take home.
As photos are taken, they’re printed on-site and transformed into premium custom magnets in real time. Guests can browse the Magnet-Me Board throughout the event, find their photo, and collect their personalised magnet within minutes. Available in both 4x3 inch and 6x4 inch formats, with unlimited magnet prints included for the duration of your event.
The experience doesn’t end when the event does. Along with guests leaving with their personalised photo magnets, you’ll receive a collection of keepsake magnets and a USB containing all high-resolution event images. Prefer digital sharing? We can also provide a private online gallery, making it easy to relive, download, and share the memories long after the event has finished.
